The lead is a preset called C64 arp in Kelper Exo. There are chords and a plucky bass in the background.

If you're looking for ways to get that strange moist lizard sound, I'd recommend experimenting with rapid pitch bending and formant filters on saw waves, both of those can introduce very "humanoid" character to synth sounds.

For good tutorials I'd point you to AU5's Youtube channel which has a video on what he calls "monoliths" and Frequent's channel which has lots of sound design sessions covering lots of random techniques to get cool sounds. For me I created "mudpies" which essentially are long sound design audio recordings based on random inputs from LFO's. Let me know if this helps.
